  • Experience the beauty and sensuality of one of the oldest dance forms.  This class is based on the classical Egyptian Style.
  • Learn a complete Egyptian routine, which includes the introduction of zills (finger cymbals), veil and cane.
  • Wear tights, midriff top or T-shirt. Dance barefoor if you wish.
  • Classes are 50 minutes in length.

  • Work with the body bar, exercise bands and free weights for strength training, conditioning and toning for legs, upper body and mid-section.
  • Experience a heart pumping intense total body work-out to great music that will include cardiovascular exercise.
  • Make it as challenging as you wish.  Great for every fitness level. Each session is different you will never get bored.
  • Wear gym clothing, bring a towel and a positive attitude.  Equipment will be supplied by the studio.
  • Classes are 50 minutes in length

Yoga

  • This class is an open level
  • Kundalini Yoga classes are taught in "Kriyas".  In each class you will learn different pastures, breath and meditations technique.
  • After each class you will experience a very specific result, incl. stress relief, spine flexibilty, migraine relief, heart strenthening and overall well-being.
  • Bring a Yoga mat.
